CQG Data Feed Support — Trade Lucid, Topstep & Other CQG Prop Firms on TradingThings

thousands of prop firm traders are stuck on Tradovate's outdated interface or NinjaTrader's clunky desktop app because there is no modern, web-based platform that supports CQG. TradingThings already nails this for Rithmic — clean UI, real-time P&L tracking, TradingView charts, automated journaling — but CQG traders have zero options like this. Since ProjectX went Topstep-exclusive in February 2026, every other prop firm (Lucid Trading, Take Profit Trader, Tradeify, etc.) migrated their CQG traders to Tradovate or NinjaTrader. Those platforms don't show real-time account performance the way ProjectX did, and there's nothing in the CQG ecosystem filling that gap. Adding CQG connectivity would make TradingThings the only modern web-based platform for CQG traders — no competition whatsoever. The demand is there: Lucid alone runs CQG accounts through Tradovate and NinjaTrader, and traders are actively looking for a better frontend.

Automation of locking risk settings everyday at 00:00

So, usually i lock my risk settings everyday at 00:00. I found thats the best way to keep all my trading accounts alive and keep making profits without blowing them. I don't usually forget to do that, but on a few occasions i did forget which resulted in blowing my trading accounts. I would find it really helpful, and i think many other people would too, if i could automate the locking of my risk settings every day via Cloud servers. A simple API interface that lets a developer send a request which locks the risk settings for the whole day would be a dream. This could be in return automated via cron job for an example.

Linking Tradovate and Rithmic via TradingView

I would love to see a native TradingView integration on TradingThings.io. This would allow users to leverage their purchased TradingView indicators and real-time market data while using your platform for copy trading. Specifically, it would be incredible to pair my Tradovate account (via My Funded Futures) directly with my Rithmic accounts to streamline the entire process.

Calendar Daily PNL options

could we maybe have an option in the calendar to include the previous days trades if they were taken during globex/asia hours. for example. If I take a trade on sunday open it logs in my calendar as I traded for sunday but could you add like a toggle that makes previous night session be included in the next days date, so the sunday trades would actually be logged under monday. (only week days would be counted and overnight sessions pnl would be counted towards the next day on the calendar)

Cross sync in multichart layout + Backtesting old data

Hello Trading Things IO, I really appreciate your website and I really want to give some features to keep this plateform improving itself. First of all I recommend cross sync in multichart layout, cuz it’s really important for all traders (Looking between correlated pairs), and I recommend also backtesting session to develop ourselves. Ability to Change Chart Order's Value ($,%,ticks,time)

As of now, I couldn’t find it in your settings to switch the open order’s current dollar value to ticks, percentage. Would appreciate if you could add this feature. Also great if you can allow to change the view to elapsed time as well. Might be suitable for scalpers so that we just can stay focused on the charts rather than looking at the clock.
